Visits to the Office

When coming to the office, please sign in and be seated.  The nurse will then lead you to the exam room and assist in obtaining information necessary for your visit. You will be asked to fill out a few computerized forms which will help me in assessing your problem.

If you are coming for a complete physical examination please do not eat anything 10 hours prior to your visit, so accurate blood samples can be obtained.
