Stomach Pain

The causes of stomach pain vary widely. A person with stomach pain should be observed carefully and given only clear liquids by mouth. Localized pain to one part of the stomach should be seen by a physician. Pain with fever more than 12 hours or severe pain, lasting 6 hours, forceful vomiting, and other associated symptoms such as burning with urination, joint pain, injury, rash or jaundice should be signs to call me.
