Appointments

We see our patients by appointment.  But sometimes conditions are discovered that require extra time. Rarely, there are emergencies which cause delays.  However, we understand that your time is valuable, so we work hard to stay on schedule.  If you are pinched for time inform the receptionist.

When calling the office for an appointment, the receptionist will ask you the reason for your visit. By knowing what symptoms, or the number of chronic conditions we are reviewing, she will know how much time is necessary to attend to your needs.

Urgent appointments:  you should call at 8:00 am or as early in the day as possible. Should a situation arise when immediate treatment is necessary, every effort will be made to work you in at the earliest possible time.

Routine elective appointments: should be made  in advance. This will enable you to select a convenient time.

School and Camp Physicals: Appointments are taken through the year for these exams.  They are not typically covered by your insurance company.

Adult Physical Exams: We have two 30 minute slots for physicals every day except Wednesdays.

Cancellation of Appointments: If you cannot keep an appointment, 24 hours notice should be given to this office.  If you give us less than 6 hours notice, you may incur a cancelation fee.
